About the Role:
As a BCBA at BBehavior, you’ll be at the heart of what we do. You’ll design, oversee, and evaluate individualized ABA programs for the individuals we serve — working closely with a multidisciplinary team of speech, occupational, and physical therapists to ensure every care plan is truly connected and effective.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across home and center-based settings. Collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists to align goals and track progress. Communicate regularly with families to share updates, strategies, and celebrate milestones. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory and company standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Current BCBA certification in good standing. Experience delivering ABA therapy in home-based and/or center-based settings. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals and families. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
